PE. WALLET is a company producing plasterboard, concrete brick and paving stone. This company facing some competition and need good skills and strategy to compete. Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award (MBNQA) models is one way to assessing organization skills with company concept and procedure to evaluate a better quality. Assessing skills beginning with data collection and observation, then spread a questioner based on MBNQA concept. From that step knows that company internal factor using as strategy builder base on power and weakness of competence and take the changes with SWOT analysis. From MBNQA skill shows that PE. WALLET had effective process to some category, still need in distribution, such as Leadership and Human Resources. From Matrix IE know that company in hold and maintenance position with alternative strategy to applied, and product builder. Base on QSPM, market penetration is applied strategy with rising up marketing of a product to potential market place.
