Abstract

This watchfulness aim is that is to detects performance evaluation, employee performance at homework. hf. prima unlucky and to detect sejauhmana influence penilain performance towards employee performance at homework. HF. prima Malang. watchfulness use that want achieved especially for company serve the purpose of base deliberation in that decision making with performance enhanced companies. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. based on scale distance average calculation result is got number as big as 274,125 that mean that employee performance evaluation in homework. hf. prima unlucky enter in good category. the result prove that during the time evaluation activity on performance that done by company can correctly be used in effort to increase performance employees at company. based on scale distance average calculation result is got number as big as 290,67 that mean that employee performance in homework. hf. prima unlucky enter in tall category. fact prove that during the time employees can work pursuant to or procedure that appointed. test result f knowable that has influence significant towards employee performance in homework. hf. prima unlucky. Suggestion that given to company that is supposed in order to to increase supposed employee performance companies in give evaluation on performance is done as according to procedure that appointed so that not found employee that feel getting disadvantage on performance evaluation that do by company. in effort to give guarantee that evaluation on performance that done pursuant to existing so supposed company always do evaluation on performance that achieved by employee. pass effort so serve the purpose of base in wisdom taking related to effort company to increase performance employees.
