Abstract

This automatic sablon of PCB is appliance to make and alter the system which still manual with the automatic system sablon PCB moved by mechanic of motor DC controlled by microcontroller AT89S51. In this appliance process the maffling happened automatically moved by 2 motor DC, 1 motor DC to depress the screen and 1 motor DC to move racel. This system is supported by limit switch and relay for the arrangement of motor DC and govern to start and desist it process controlled by minimum system of microcontroller AT89S51 so that process the maffling can be constant and stabilize. Beside processing to give ink by manually, while result from process penyablonan will be presented by seven segment. Software will be used is Ianguage of assembly programm . While hardware to be used consisted as : minimum system of microcontroller AT89S51, motor dc, relay, solenoide. Observation result of system show this which have been made to indicate that the mechanical motion wanted by have been fulfilled or can be controlled by microcontroller AT89S51 automatically and result of amount from process sablon will be presented direct by displayed of seven segment ( result from each every process sablon will be direct presented by if process sablon finish). If current is turn of and sablon processing is unfinished, so sablon processing is not calculate with seven segment and seven segment will be restart as data have been calculate with seven segment will be lose and process sablon calculate from 0 again ( start from early).
