ANALISIS FAKTOR PERILAKU TERHADAP UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PNEUMOCONIOSIS PADA PEKERJA INDUSTRI PAPAN SEMEN COR RATA

Based on Peraturan Presiden Nomor 7 tahun 2019, it is said that Pneumoconiosis is defined as one of several occupational diseases. Pneumoconiosis is a chronic disease that invades the lungs parenchyma caused by inhalation of organic dust at work. The factors that have a major influence on the incidence of pneumoconiosis in workers are the intensity of dust exposure and the length of time they are exposed to dust, so it is important to prevent pneumoconiosis especially for workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze behavioral factors on workers preventing pneumoconiosis in the papan semen cor industry. Observational-analytic with a cross-sectional approach is conducted in this study using a questionnaire to analyze the behavioral factors in flat cast semen board industry workers towards the prevention of pneumoconiosis. The research data shows that based on the Spearman analysis there is a positive relationship (0,411) between the dependent variable and the independent variable while the T value does not exceed 1.96 but still shows a positive number. It can be concluded from the research results, there is very little relationship between the behavior of workers in the flat cast cement board industry so the efforts to prevent pneumoconiosis can be achieved.
