Abstract

A planning of Master Production Schedule used Linier Programming has purpose for arranging system that can produce the optimal output of minimum cost production. One of the step that was done for arranging Master Production Schedule was created Agregat Planning by smallest considen MAPE. After demand of prediction, we have known, the next steps were developing of model with function of purpose and the limitation of request until arranged the formulation that concern efficiency to next step was running on software Quantitative System method that used Linier Programming which was produced optimal of Agregat Planning until arranging Master Production Schedule was done. However, the object of research was PT. Hume Sakti Indonesia that was place in Mojokerto. This enterprise be produce many kinds of concrete which in his campaign has many constraints to determine the best production planning by minimalizing work done outside of normal working hours. The planning of Master Production Schedule used Linier Programming was submitted to applied on enterprice for producing efficiency act was to lower product price. By applying Master Production Schedule can economical cost production Rp 5.385.704,- or higher 1 % from price after using Master Production Schedule.
