Abstract

Research aim to to know influence of efektifitivity giving some of dose of Colchicine at orchid of Dendrobium sp. culturely In Vitro. Research conducted in Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Puasbang Bioteknologi UMM and Laboratorium agronomi Faculty Of Agriculture of UMM, start March up to July 2006 This research use complete random device ( Simple RAL) by 6 replaying, result of research to analyse manner continued with test of Duncan to know difference between treatment. As for its treatment is: D0 = Without giving of Colchicine; D1 = Colchicine 0,001 µ g / plan; D2 = Colchicine 0,003 µ g / plan; D3 = Colchicine 0,005 µ g / plan; D4 = Colchicine 0,007 µ g / plan; D5 = Colchicine 0,009 µ g / plan. Perception started at the time of ending giving of treatment with Colchicine at age 6 until 26 day after treatment of Colchicine with time interval 2 perception day, with parameter perception of accretion of leaf amount, accretion of bydm soriyt amount, percentage of kontaminasi, percentage of life eksplan, obstetrical of chlorophyll ( SPAD = 0.95 µ g / cm2), Wide and Long of Stomata Leaf (µ m) Result of perception show real influence giving dose of Colchicine especially at parameter accretion of leaf amount at dose 0,001 µ g / plan and is wide of maximal stomata [at] dose 0,005 µ g / plan, while parameter of eksplan live and percentage of best result kontaminasi shown by treatment of control.
