Abstract

The impact of decentralization fiscal of local government is the expected to increase the level of local autonomy in fulfilling it’s need, but in the other side the central government should be care about the different of local resource related in policy about local government that central government has made. The realy purpose of decentralization are how to makes a wider aotonomy range, helps the central government works, public service, and the power of local government competitiveness. The purpose of the research is to find the influence between the variable according to the hypothesis that has made which the variable are; General Alocation Fund (DAU), Capytal Expense (BM), Own Revenues (PAD), and Income Per Capita with case study in Regency/City of East Java. This research used the regression to find the impact between variabel according to hypothesis. The result show that the variable of General Alocation Fund is not positively related to Capytal Expense, Capytal Expense positively related to Own Revenues, Capytal Expense positively related to Income Per Capita, Own Revenues positively related to Income Per Capita, Own Revenues positively related to Fiscal Capacity, Fiscal Capacity positively related to Capytal Expense.
