Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of promotions and service quality on visitor satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The population in this study was 110 consumers. This research uses SPSS. The results of the research: Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Sengkaling Recreation Park Visitor Satisfaction, meaning that the more promotions given, the higher the level of visitor satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Sengkaling Recreation Park. This means that when the services provided are in accordance with the desires and needs of visitors, the higher the level of visitor satisfaction. The service quality variable is more dominant than the promotion variable on visitor satisfaction. The results of this research show that when compared with promotion variables, service quality variables have a more dominant influence in influencing visitor satisfaction.
