Abstract

Title of the research "Analysis of Factors Affecting Economic Growth In Indonesia". This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the documentation of Bank Indonesia, namely Domestic Investment (PMDN), Money Supply (M2) and the Gross Domestic Product. From the analysis results prove that the Domestic Investment (PMDN), Money Supply (M2) and the Gross Domestic Product by economic growth in Indonesia. This is shown by the overall level of significance with a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0333 or 33.3%, which means that the magnitude of the effect of domestic variables (X1), Money Supply (X2), the value of GDP amounted to 33.3% while the rest (66, 7%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study / review. On the basis of the findings, the authors might suggest that the Government must maintain a balance should be the level of prices, interest rates and risk. Due to those factors serves as reference from domestic investors in an investment.
