Abstract
Object Study in the research was about effectiveness of drugs raid to frequency of drugs circulation. Drugs raid was conducted to fight against and stopped circulation and abuse of drugs so that can be created safety and law enforcement at the community. The problem at the research as follows; How procedure of drugs raid was conducted by Polresta Malang?, How effectiveness of drugs raid execution have done by Polresta Malang to frequency of drugs circulation?, What constraint faced by Polresta Malang in executing drugs raid?. The method used in the research namely juridical sociologic approach so that data obtained was data illustrated how effectiveness of drugs raid to frequency of drugs circulation. By the research would be obtained the result that drugs raid represent one of the effort to prevent (preventive) at the same time overcome (repressive) circulation and abuse of drugs, in this case police officer get some constraint that was comparison of amount of police officer Polresta Malang and amount of proportional resident and facilities had by Polresta Malang was not supported effort to overcome abuse and circulation of drugs. To overcome the constraint, police officer cooperate with other organization as follows, TNI, POM TNI, Police of Pamong Praja, Public Figure and other parties related that expected can assist fluency every raid was conducted by Polresta Malang. Thereby can be concluded that execution of drugs raid was conducted by Polresta Malang was effective in the effort to fight against and stopped circulation and abuse of drugs at Malang town.
