This proves that sinetron Cinta Fitri indeed be a lot of soap operas watched by the public. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is dominating the women's motives RW 5 Village residents Bandung Malang Rejosari watch Cinta Fitri in on SCTV? The aim of this research is to know what the motive that dominates women's watch Cinta Fitri on SCTV. Motif watch is all the driving, the reasons or impulses in human beings, causing interested in watching something impressions or programs that draw attention to note further and deeper, so they get the information interesting and actual (Dictionary of Indonesian). In this study, the motif includes information Motive, Motive Motive Entertainment and Social Integration. While the theories used are the Uses and Gratification theory (utility and satisfaction). This theory is a theory that (assume) that people have needs and desires can be met with (one way) using (subscribe, read, watch or listen to) media. The research method is survey with quantitative approach. This type of research is descriptive research. Based on existing approaches, this study used quantitative descriptive research approach. Type or types of research aims to make a systematic description, factual, and accurate about the facts and the properties of a population or a particular object. The population in this study was women aged 18­45 years in Region 5 Sub Bandungrejosari RW Breadfruit Malang District. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Taro Yamane and samples obtained as many as 68 people responder. Technique collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. The data is displayed through a simple tabulation of the results in the form of percentages, frequency tables contain two columns of the frequency and percentage of each category. Analysis of the data used is to use a central tendency with the mean shape. This is to determine the average value of each category investigated motive. Based on the analysis of data that has been conducted, researchers found that of the three motifs (Motif Information, Motive Entertainment, and Motives of Social Integration) used as reference in this research note that all three motifs has an average score that high. The average value of 3.91 for Information motif into the high category. The average value of 3.87 for the entertainment motive into the high category. And the average value of the motive of social
