PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY DAN FINANCIAL LITERACY TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS DENGAN FINANCIAL INCLUSION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada Pelaku UKM Sektor Jasa Di Kota Malang)

This study examines the effect between financial technology and financial literacy on SME business performance in Malang City, where the financial inclusion variable is a mediating variable. This phenomenon is important to study considering the condition of SME performance in Malang City which has not been maximized, and the importance of the SME sector in improving the national economy. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with PLS (Partial Least Square) method. The sample processed was 170 SME samples with proportional random sampling technique. The test results show that financial inclusion can intervene financial technology and financial literacy variables on SME business performance in Malang City with a positive and significant effect. These results reinforce that financial inclusion has an important role in supporting the influence between financial technology and financial literacy on SME business performance in Malang City.
