The research was quantitative research aimed to test relation between democratic leadership style with employee work involvement. Work involvement was a level where employee was full engaged to its work. High work involvement would make the employee enjoyed their participation in taking decision. By the democratic leadership style, there was different determination to all individual. According to the thought, employee role to involve themselves in a work also so huge by making positive perception to democratic leadership applied by the leader. By the democratic leadership style application, the employee would have a high involvement while working.
