Tourism development in a regional autonomous is much needed tourism bureau. Motivation of the employee as primary person who has responsibility is very important to get success or weakness of the output. The motivation of them is content of internal and external. The external motivation came from rule and the poli9cy of their leader. The man who has achievement from any people and office came from promotion. This research was used motivation concept from Alderfer. There are existence needs, relatedness needs, dan Growth needs (ERG). Third of them is sed to get satisfaction with simultanly although any factors such as social, culture, and ability any person could give presure strongly to one of them. Work achievemnet concept is content of quality, quantity, and attitude. Research method is content of survey research, research location in Dinas Pariwisata Jl. Sultan Agung, Batu , the popualtion are 70 person of all the egovernment employee. Sample methode was used total sampling, data were primmary and secondary data, data collection were documentation and quisionery, variable mesurement was used likert scale, instrument test was used validity and reliability, analyze data tool was used corelaton quantitative method. Research result was showed corelation between motivation and work achievement of Batu Tourism Bureau’s government employee. Existence variabel has worth 0,855 or 85,5%. Corelation between relatedness and work achievement had worth 0,525 or 52,5%. Corelation between growth and work achievement had worth 0,763 or 76,3%. The highest corelation was existence.
