Abstract

Human resource factor here is all important element, most important and very determines for fluency the way administration and management of the organization. In consequence problems relating to conception of motivation need to get attention seriously from all the interested partieses to be realized it purpose of organization of the company. But grows motivation of job(activity at employee x'self causing reachs optimal achievement and productivity is not easy thing is achieved. This thing because of existence of difference of biographical character of employee in a company. So motivation every employee differs in between one otherly. Therefore company must can determine giving of correct motivation that pemotivasian earns effective. Purpose of this research: 1) to know motivator factor composing achievement, confession, responsibility, progress, itself work, and possibility grows in PT. Serunting Seriwijaya Samarinda; 2) to know factor hygiene consisted of by fee, job(activity security and safety, status, company procedure, quality of supervision and quality of from interpersonal in PT. Serunting Seriwijaya Samarinda; 3) to know job satisfaction of employee in PT. Serunting Seriwijaya Samarinda; 4) to know motivator factor ( X1) and factor hygiene ( X2) has significant influence to PT. Serunting Seriwijaya Samarinda. Population in this research is 47 employees working in PT. Serunting Sriwijaya Samarinda.. Number of samples in research 47 employee. Retrieval technique of its(the sampling is totalizing its(the intention sampling all population is made [by] sample. Result of research proves that motivator factor ( X1), factor hygiene ( X2) in simultan has significant influence to job satisfaction of employee in PT. Serunting Sriwijaya Samarinda. Result of research also proves that factor variable Hygiene has dominant influence to to improvement of job satisfaction of employee PT. Serunting Sriwijaya Samarinda.. This thing proves that employee is more mempertimbangan factor hygiene because interconnected hygiene factor level of salary received by employee to fulfill requirement of man which most base which must soon fufilled
