Abstract
Accomplishment of requirement product to Distributor Company often experience of problem caused by selection of imprecise vehicle, less optimal its in usage of vehicle cause the happening of current return not regular hence lengthening delivery route so that result fluctuation over due and delay of is expense of delivery. The research is done to get the alternative solution to finish an problem of company in general because is very importance in accomplishment to requirement of product. By using methods of saving metrics done by determination of route / distribution from factory to distributor. Given the distance in fact between distributor obtained by thrift matrix or of saving metrics later then in combining with amoun of request every distributor able to fulfill in on delivery route. With methods saving metrics obtained thrift of expense and distance equal to 10,94% or as long 141 km, pursuant to proposal total route passed by to serve distributor in east java. Obtained time loading saving equal to 3,8% or equal 2,95 hour. And obtained cost saving metrics of transportation equal 48,79% or equal to Rp. 1.747.600/week.
