Abstract

Research taken is research of survey, where researcher do done research at CV. Pustaka Grafika in Malang with title “Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan bagian Produksi Pada CV. Pustaka Grafika di Malang’. Target of research to know discipline work employees part of production, knowing employees work productivity part of production and to know influence of discipline work to employees work productivity part of production. Usefulness of research to company that is can be made upon which consideration to company so that evaluating problems of job discipline which possible happened in company. Analyzer which is used in research that is by using spanning and scale of regresi linear modestly. Pursuant to result of calculation of mean span scale can know that job discipline variable enter in good category. Pursuant to result of calculation of mean span scale can know that work productivity variable enter in high category. Result of test of F indicate that there are influence which is discipline signifikan work to employees work productivity part of production at CV. Pustaka Grafika in Malang. Passed to suggestion is company that is expected to increase discipline with existing regulation and in construction of discipline shall need coherence of company in order not to there is again action of indisipliner and to conducting action indisipliner will be given by sanction. In the case of improving employees work productivity part of production either from facet o[is quality of, amount and accuracy of time expected by company more itensif in the case of observation. Because with good discipline and disciplinary action inexistence, will affect active always employees him in finishing work as according to duty and his authority. That way all employees part of production more is improving of its work productivity.
