This research is an empirical study on stock food and beverage companies listing in BEI with the title "Fundamental Analysis As a Measure of Investment Decision Making." The purpose of this research is to describe the nature of fundamental analysis and its application to food and beverage company's stock so that can know the intrinsic value of each share. Fundamental analysis has three phases: analysis, namely economic analysis / market analysis, industry and company analysis. Food and beverage industry is an industry that is defendsive industry (not affected by macro economic condition is going on). Meanwhile, according to industry analysis, food beverage companies continued to show positive trends in today's global crisis in which many manufacturing companies are experiencing setbacks. Method used in the analysis of companies that is Price Earning Ratio (PER =) and Dividend Discount Model / DDM (P 0 =). According to company analysis, using PER and DDM stocks are considered overvalued and DLTA AQUA, while MLBI, FAST, and SMAR MYOR considered undervalued. Where is agood buying decisions made in the condition of the stock is undervalued at the position. In the process of selling / buying stocks, investors also need to perform technical analysis, with the intention when shares are sold / purchased in a timely manner according to expend / demand shown in the chart Stock Exchange.
