Abstract
This research take the title Analyse The Labor Force Participate the Sectoral in Regency Kediri . Intention of this research is to know the condition of labor force in Regency Kediri and to analyse the mean mount The Labor Force Participation Rate This research is done by using secondary data . Technique of collecting data used by is documentation obtained from Statistical Center (BPS) . Technique Analyse the used data is Quantitative Description that is by presenting tablessof about data which have been got and also secondly is by calculating Labor Force Participation Rate ( TPK ) . dividing between amount of Labor Force with the Amount of Age Resident Work multiplied by 100 percent . Pursuant to knowable research result that labor force Amount in Regency Kediri is from year to year no-stoped to experience of the growth which its variated percent . In the year 2001 equal to 96,94 percent of labor amount of exist in year 2001-2005 , for the year of 2001 labour amount experience of the degradation of equal to 1,88 percent or 72.716 labour that is from 624.072 labour in the year 2001 becoming 696.788 labour in the year 2002 , while in the year 2003 labour amount experience of the improvement of equal to 4,49 percent or 53.214 labour from existing labour amount , that is 696.788 labour in the year 2002 becoming 750.002 labour in the year 2003, in the year 2004 returning to experience of the degradation of equal to 1,51 percent or 47.809 labour from existing labour amount , that is 750.002 labour in the year 2003 , in the year 2004 returning to experience of the degradation of equal to 1,51 percent or 47.809 labour from existing labour amount , that is 750.002 labour in the year 2003 becoming 702.193 labour in the year 2004 , later ;then in the year 2005 labour amount experience of the improvement become 719 . 592 labour . While level of Labor Force Participation Rate ( TPK ) most dominant resident from year 2001-2005 be at the tertiary sector consisted of the commercial sector , communications sector , and financial sector and service that is mean of equal to 43,48 percent . As for level of lowest labour amount in the year 2001-2005 be at the sector sekunder consisted of the industrial sector , sector of gas electrics and irrigation , and also construction sector that is mean of equal to 17,52 percent age of amount of Labor Force of exist in overall of sector . From above solution result hence can be pulled by a conclusion that progressively the increasing of story ; Labor Force Participation Rate per annum ought to be governmental also make balance to the amount of work field in its area so that can be happened by continuity.
