Abstract

Working ethos here remains as Moslem working ethos being as an attitude and assessment of work. It remains being based on Qur’an and Sunnah in which it covers ihsan, itqan, raja’ and hardworking. Islam value should be applied. Recently acknowledged training refers to qolbu management training. This training contains some efforts to manage not only physical potential and human intellectual, but also heart potential. The training emphasizes on Islamic values. Understanding better management qolbu and Moslem working ethos needs evaluating qolbu management training and Moslem working ethos based on Islam values. Negative evaluation against qolbu management training doesn’t show that qolbu management training appears unfavorable. Evaluation improves training. Lower Moslem working ethos results from the lower application of Islam values, not from the Islam values. Research subsumes into non-experiment descriptive quantitative. Population includes qolbu management training participant. Research subject accounts to 30 persons using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses two measures: (1) evaluation against qolbu management training and (2) working ethos of Moslem employee. Data analysis method in this research concerns with T-Score. Results of research indicate that evaluation against qolbu management training shows that 20 persons or 66.67 % of 30 respondents provide negative evaluation against qolbu management training. It also shows that 24 persons of 30 respondents have lower working ethos of Moslem employee, or reaching 80 %. Both analysis results on scale value of two variables exhibit that evaluation assessment against qolbu management training and working ethos of Moslem employee tend to be high.
