Abstract

Research conducted at Madu Murni Nusantara Cabang Malang. The purpose of this study is to explain Competence, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, and find out the influence of Competence, Work Motivation on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research . Data collection with the dissemination of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires spread was 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques use scale range analysis, multiple linear regression analysis . Hypothesis testing of this study uses partial testing (t-test) and simultaneous testing (F-test). The following research results explain that Competence in the good category, Work Motivation in the good category, and Performance in the high category . Competence has a significant positive effect on performance, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, and Work Competence and Motivation have a significant positive simultaneous effect , on employee performance. So that it can be concluded that better Work Competence and Motivation makes the level of employee Performance higher.
