Abstract

International diplomacy regarding Islam was not just about Palestine-Israel. Many problems of Islam in other countries like the Philippines, India, and even in Myanmar which was often escaped from the attention of government and our parliament. Unfortunately, the attention of those in the House of Representatives Commission I, focused more on Palestine and tended to ignore the case in other countries. That was one statement stated by Indonesia ambassador candidate to Switzerland, Djoko Susilo, when presenting guest lecture in the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Tuesday (11/24).
