Abstract

This research aims to determine user satisfaction with KAI ACCESS application users. WebQual is a method developed by Barnes and Vidgen that measures website quality based on usability, information quality, and service interaction. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of website quality on the KAI ACCESS online booking site on user satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Sampling using purposive sampling, namely students in Malang city who have made online reservations at KAI ACCESS with a sample of 75 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that: 1) usability has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, 2) information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and 3) service interaction quality has no positive and significant effect on user satisfaction.
