Abstract

ocialization of FKPM program which is doing by Polresta Malang to the society of Kelurahan Penanggungan is one of means to publication the new program from The Malang Police City (Relating to the safety and the order of the society). The nain purposes from the message is to giving influence to the audience (society), also with the program FKPM message of the Polresta Malang was already have socialization. Because of that the problem of the study which present is this research is there any influence of FKPM program message in Polresta Malang to the society doing in protect safety and order, and how much bigger the influences. The teory which is used in this research is AIDDA teory, which is consisit of: A (Attention) that means cognitif aspect, I (Interest) that means affective aspect, D (Desire) that means affective aspect, D (Decission) that means affective aspect, and the last A (Action) that means conative aspect. The fifth element on that theory are the research variable that are Independent Variabel and Dependent Variable. For the Independent Variable (Message FKPM Program) were a lot or the biggest amount of the society which is maded to reachmessage whicd gived after following socialization Forum Kemitraan Polisi masyarakat program with indicator society attention to the FKPM program message. Society interest to the FKPM program message, society understanding level and the knowledge to the FKPM program message, also society frequency in following FKPM program socialization. For Dependent Variable (Society doing in Protect Safety and Order). Is the result from the energy which are the rise after the society following FKPM Program socialization which like positive action were did by society to protect and take care safetyness and order their enviroment, with the participation indicator of the society in protect safetyness and order, and society attitude changes in protect safetyness and order. This research method is survey with research tipe Assosiative with number of the population amount of 186 people based of society number which are come more than twice. Through the Purposive Sampling technig and Taro Yaname Pattern, can get sampling number amount of 65 people from the amount of the population. The data colecting techniq which is used on this and this research instrument using quisioner are quisioner and documentation, where as the research instrument using quisioner which are spread to the respondent to know the message influence FKPM Program Polresta Malang to the Penanggungan society action to protect safetyness and order. On the data analysis techniq the research using test F, a Simple Regresi Linier and Determination Test. The result of the research show that message FKPM Program Polresta Malang can gived influence which are significant on stimultant way to Penanggungan society action in protect Safetyness and order. Based on the last analysis result get conclution that there is influences FKPM Program Polresta Malang to the Penanggungan society attitude ti protect safetyness and order with level 37,9% decide by influence of message FKPM Program Polresta malang which (Penanggungan) society as the audience, whercas the 62,1% decide by other factor.
