Abstract
Objective to investigate the influence of safety and employee health on productivity in the City, East Java, to know the variables that have a dominant effect on employee productivity in the City, East Java. The analysis tools that Scale analysis, linear regression analysis regression. Scale analysis with a score of 148 indicates safety and health in the City, East Java in the same category either. Analysis of scale with a score range of 155.66 shows employee productivity City, East Java on incoming high category. Safety variables have dominant effect on employee productivity in the City, East Java.
