All river flow region (daerah pengaliran sungai – DPS) has different specific condition. By the various specific condition, all region has intensity of the rain fall design and time of the event. The various rain fall intensity and time of the event caused the rain fall distribution was not same for every river flow region. In all rain fall plan analysis, rain event often considered same in its average height whether in small time repeat design or big repeat design so that there needed a research to find the relation between the height of rain fall design in every time repeat with the time event. The research aimed to find out the measurement of rain fall design in various time repeat, get the dominant time event in every time repeat taken, searching the relation between the rain-fall height design in various time repeat as the time event and find out the rain-fall distribution pattern which fit with sub-river flow region Lesti. The research showed that some time events had the same value and some of them were not. The dominant time event fit with rain-fall design in two years repeat, 5 years, 10 years, 25 years, 50 years, 200 years in a row were 5 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, 11 hours, 11 hours, and 11 hours. Rain distribution pattern mononobe had difference with rain distribution pattern from monitoring approach pattern and then got weaken and stop with R2 values in serial according to the time repeat were 0.489, 0.510, 0.024, 0.514, 0.514, 0.514, 0.662, while in monitoring pattern approach, there could be concluded that the rain came from medium intensity continued with high intensity, get weaken and then stopped with serial R2 value according to the time repeat were 0.599, 0.802, 0.417, 0.480, 0.480, 0.480, 0.513. The research was too much premature to be general concluded, remembering that the research location was only on sub river flow region Lesti with limited station. It could be developed in another river flow region with different characteristic and also suggested to collect longer line data.
