Material used in the research was biogas reactor Floating Drum type in Experimental Farm Faculty of Farming and Husbandry University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Method used in the research was observation method, where it was done through direct observation to the observed object. Data found then analyzed in descriptive and simple regression, continued with statistical test consisted of F test and t test. The research showed similarity of regression between X (cow feces entered into biogas reactor floating drum) influence with gas production resulted by biogas reactor floating drum (Y) as: Y = 502,145 + 10,70 X. The regression analysis showed that the influence of cow feces entered into biogas reactor floating drum had real influence to gas production resulted by biogas reactor floating drum in Experimental Farm Faculty of Farming and Husbandry University of Muhammadiyah Malang (P < 0,01, value P = 0,00004). Value R2 = 0,48, means that 48% factor from independent variable (cow feces entered into biogas reactor Floating Drum variable) could influence variance in dependent variable (gas production resulted by biogas reactor Floating Drum). The research concluded that according to statistical test, there found that biogas production function in Floating Drum reactor was linear equation means that every addition in cow feces at Biogas reactor Floating Drum type would cause the increasing of biogas production with notation that factors influenced biogas drum production outside cow feces input fulfilled. According to data analysis to F test, there found that cow feces addition had real influence to biogas production in biogas reactor Floating Drum type.
