Abstract

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) many use to change for function of relay, and many see in the industry like process industry, automobile and manufacture. And with existence of PLC, process of control is more complex and hard can be finished. Now with present integration PC too many process of control system include PLC is make to easy for functions controlling and monitoring. HMI still work in scope of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) which is make control to wide area (Remote Location) and supervised to master location and RTU which function to data collector. Scads can do automatic control which controller, manual controller by operator where process control pass trough HMI. While in the case study of Omron PLC with HMI this is about visualization and implementation problem of controlling in the plant appropriate a real with manual controller or operator to monitoring in the process of water treatment and process give a label to a bottles on the conveyor which upon a configuration PLC logic and HMI. Where HMI is software to use a presentation many tolls in industry fine the plant with show according a graphic to the monitor.
