Mental disorder is one of the disease is a scourge of society, so people feel alienated and belittled. Some people still there who think that mental disorders arise due to unclean spirits. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder classified as serious with a progressive course of the disease, tend to have chronic (chronic), eksaserbasif (often experience recurrence) as well as the most common, about 60% of people with mental disorders suffer from schizophrenia and 40% of those suffering from schizophrenia hebefrenik. Schizophrenia with type hebefrenik including categories are quite severe and have the worst prognosis compared with other woods type schizophrenia. Hebefrenik means mental or soul to be blunt, so that the total disintegration berlangsunglah namely the lack of balance between the affective, cognitive and motor and total setback in his behavior and the person becomes childlike. At the beginning of the asylum Pujon survey found that the disorder is a disorder often experience recurrence hebefrenik schizophrenia. The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that cause recurrence in patients with schizophrenia disorders hebefrenik post from the mental hospital. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documents. The study was conducted in Wikarta Mandala Psychiatric Hospital Pujon Malang with intent to obtain sufficient data to describe the factors that cause recurrence in patients with schizophrenia disorders hebefrenik post from the mental hospital. The number of research subjects are three people who had a relapse more than twice while the analysis of data used is descriptive analysis The findings obtained in the field description, that the cause of recurrence in patients with schizophrenia disorders hebefrenik post of asylum is a less harmonious family or less conducive. Relationships with relatives are less familiar, patients who are lazy and bored routine control so taking medication become irregular. Lack of support in taking control of the family so the patient becomes unstable outpatient factors outside the family then that is excessive environmental stressors one of them the work piling up.
