Abstract

Motivation is a represent motivation to move and influence employees to be conducting specific purpose. The Company has to give motivation to employees by fulfilling expectations of felt employees as requirement of them. Employees will lick lips and motivat if company can fulfill expectation of employees. The Spirit of activity cannot be discharged from discipline problem, cooperation, and responsibility. Effort able to be conducted by company to be able to improve the spirit and ardour of employee’s activity is by giving salary which enough at employees, placing correct employees on course, giving security at employees in face of future, labouring employees to have high loyalitas at company and give good incentive at employees. The target of this research is to know motivation and spirit of employees activity part of service, seen from requirement of existence, correlate and growth, and also know influence motivate to spirit of variable and activity motivate whichly which dominant have an effect on to spirit of employees activity part of service at CV. Yuwana Karya Surabaya. The Analyzer at research is spanning doubled linear regression and spanning scale of t test and F test. For a while to test kuesioner, used by validity test and reliabilitas. From the result of research indicate that employee’s part of service at CV. Yuwana Karya Surabaya have a high activity motivation. This matter can be seen from each every totalizeing indicator score. At variable requirement of existence (X1) obtained by mean score equal to 137,5 residing in at spanning scale very high. At requirement variable correlate (X2) obtained by mean score equal to 114,5 residing in at spanning high scale. At variable requirement of growth (X3) obtained by mean score equal to 122,5 residing in at spanning high scale. The spirit of employees activity included in high criterion, this matter because obtained by mean score equal to 116,25 residing in at spanning high scale. By parsial variable requirement of existence and requirement of growth have an effect on to spirit of CV. Yuwana Karya Surabaya employees because value of tcount bigger than ttable. While requirement variable correlate by parsial do not have an effect on to spirit of CV. Yuwana Karya Surabaya employees activity because value of tcount smaller than ttable. While by simultan motivations have an effect on signifikan to spirit of CV. Yuwana Karya Surabaya employee’s activity because values assess Fcount bigger than value of Ftable. From third variable of independent (motivation) can know by variable requirement of existence (X1) have most dominant influence to variable dependent (spirit of activity) compared to variable
