Abstract

Beluntas represent small clump plant which growing many wide dry area at hard land and have stone. Part of this plant which often exploited part of its leaf. Chemical content leaf of beluntas pregnant alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin, and oil of atsiri. Where from the chemical Iihat vitamins have khasiat to anti spermatogenesis so that can be made alternatively as drug of antifertilitas. This research man aim to to 1) knowing of dose of dekok leaf of beluntas having an effect on to amount of cell of spermatozoa white mouse male 2) knowing dose of dekok leaf of beluntas effective influence the quality of white mouse spermatozoa male. Research type the used research of eksperimental true (true-eksperiment), by using Complete Random Device (RAL) which consist of free variable that is dose of dekok leaf of beluntas. Variable tied of the amount of cell (white mouse spermatozoa abnormalitas) male. Technique analyse data use test of Normalitas, Homogeneity test test Anava one factor, and test of BNT. Result of research indicate that there influence various dose of dekok leaf of beluntas to amount of cell of spermatozoa abnormal white mouse male. most effective treatment to the quality of abnormal spermatozoa dose 6 gram, because at dose natural spermatozoa abnormalitas make-up of highest that is with mean 9%, with mean 40.4%.
