Sprawler building is a building that serves to protect the body from dangerous runoff dams (over toping) time of the floods on a dam. Hydrologic analysis results obtained discharge 92.616 m /sec for Q100 outflow, where as the hydraulic analysis results obtained through the building sprawler discharge of 45.830 m /sec for Q100. Sprawler summit elevation is at elevation + 88.00 m while the base elevation of the building sprawler at elevation + 80.00 m. Building sprawler planned width of 15 m, tall lighthouse sprawler 8 m, where as the transition structure 8 m long with a width of 15 m upstream and downstream width of 8 m, 14 m long launcher building with a width of 8 m, and for the energy absorber length 9 m. Analysis of stability as stability control sprawler building construction to qualify the stability of buildings against the shear force, rolling force and the bearing capacity of soil.
