Human resources as an important factor in the organization, because man is the principal keys to success. Compensation is the remuneration received by a worker as a reward from a job well diberikanya hourly wage or salary periodic designed and managed by the personnel. The study entitled "Effect on Productivity of Employees' Compensation Section Production Sand On Beautiful Tuban Ud." The purpose of this study aimed first to find out How employee compensation in the Sand IndahTuban UD. Second, to find out How employee productivity in the production section Pasir Indah UD. Third, ubtuk know Do financial and nonfinancial compensation has a significant effect on the productivity of employees working at Sand Beautiful Tuban UD. The fourth variable to determine where the most influence on employee produkitivitas at Sand Beautiful Tuban UD. This research uses a survey method that aims to examine the relationship between the variables and test the hypothesis that the study determined. The location of this research is on making tile in Tuban BEAUTIFUL SAND UD jl. Raya Tuban Plumpang KM-18. No.52. financial compensation variable and non-financial compensation jointly have a significant impact on employee performance of UD Sand Beautiful Tuban production. Results obtained by analysis of tilapia significance F of 51.237 with a 0.000. Financial compensation variables have a dominant influence on the performance of UD employees Sand Beautiful Tuban with regression coefficient 0.474 with significance of 0.000. The company and the employees themselves should give special attention to the financial compensation, because based on these results, financial compensation has the greatest influence in improving employee performance. Concrete steps that can be done while maintaining timeliness in the payment of salaries and the provision of medical benefits and bonuses are expected to be adjusted to the conditions and whereabouts of employees in the company. It is expected that the company is also concerned about the condition of good working relationships between employees with company management, with the hope to maintain harmonious working relationships inherent in the company.
