Indonesia is archipelago country. As people know, Indonesia has thousands of islands from Sabang until Merauke. The important role of bridge is to connect an island and another island or an area and another area. To be able to design the bridge we used, first we decide the type of bridge used. There are some types of bridges namely construction bridge, concrete bridge, hang bridge, cable bridge, etc. In this study, it uses type of bridge form construction. After know type of construction used, compare both of them, they are construction bridge of Australian type and construction bridge of K side type. In this study case, planning of bridge is real planning bridge with extend 60 meters of length and 9 meters of width with construction of K type constitutes full scale from the type of The Kingdom Bridge in 2009 Indonesian Bridge Competition and real bridge with extend 60 meters of length, and 9 meters of wide that form Australian construction. This planning study is done to know comparison between design bridge of Australian type and construction bridge of K side type, either from strength aspect, or economic aspect. The method we used in this planning is to decide which profile will be used. The researchers used theory of Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) because the concept of concrete structure design nowadays, is develop continually concern on economizing headed without lessen the strength factor and the safety from the system construction. Then, for the load it point on RSNI T-02- 2005 about Load Regulation for bridge. The last method, the researchers used STAADPRO to know the beam force. From the arithmetic result, it can be concluded that comparison from strength aspect of Australian Construction Bridge is stronger because it has discplacement value in the amount of 156 mm, comparable with construction of K Type Bridge that has dispalcement value about 166 mm. While, from the material economic aspect, the Australian construction bridge is more lighten because it has weight in the mount of 103,66 tons comparable with K Type Bridge which has weight about 109,40 tons.
