One of agriculture product experience that proced is crafting industry. Among of assorted crafting industry for example is crafting of teak waste. Intention of this research shall be as follows 1) to know strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat in marketing of teak waste crafting industry 2) to know segmentation market of central teak waste crafting industry 3) to know correct marketing strategy in development marketing of central teak waste crafting industry . Method of SWOT used to know the level of strength, weakness, opportunity, and the threat value, so that applicable to consider in determining and formulating strategy in analysis SWOT matrix. In quantitative method of SWOT, Factors becoming strength, weakness, opportunity, and the threat obtained through question and answer with central teak waste crafting industry side. Answer from responder or consumer and through relevant institutions that supporting in conducted research. Assessment factors of strength and weakness use containing of likert scale or score of agree or disagree opinion which divided into five shares of statements scale, (not questions) raised by researcher in quiz ( sigit,2000). The factors analysed in SWOT matrix analyse to formulate and determining of strategy and determine ideal or compatible strategy. Pursuant to research got a strength value = 2,1 ; weakness value = 0,4 ; opportunity value = 1,9 and threat value = 0,55.
