Abstract
UMM attention to improve the quality of human resources never stop. One of its proofs was building the IT-based skills to its employees. Through the Human Resources Development Bureau (BPSDM), Thursday (4/22), UMM employees joined a workshop "Penyusunan Database Personal Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK)”.
