Abstract

At this moment Tae Kwon Do have still using manually assessment by writing and providing the result in paper at the end of game without unknow there was fraud or not in the game that made by judge. Therefore to solve yhe problems need a tool that can display the value assigned by judge directly providing each juror judgements button using the wireless to make it easier. This technology is application of utilization DTMF signal (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency) that is converted into binary code and data are read by the microcontroller AT89C51 than sent serially to Personal Computer and the result could be displayed to the audience.
