Abstract

Three half year ago, term VCO felt strange in this country that ccalled Nyiur Melambai. After collecting information about VCO,this multi utilize product, realy have a lot of required by immeasurable industri. Agroindustry development as effort improve added value of agriculture ccomodity will at one blow to change traditional agriculture become technological agriculture go forward,expected can improve earning of all perpetrator agribusiness,creating employment and able to push another industrial appearanc. Purpose of this research are, to know the level of earning agroindustry VCO to know efficiency agroindustry VCO” Irfani VCO”. VCO able to overcome a lot of disease, because of this oil containing 93 % saturated fat acid, but 47-53% in the form of saturated oil related to medium.The characteristics does not easy to syntesize become cholesterol that piled up in body,easy for digested and burned. Method of producing this “Irfani VCO” is by emultion or oil resolving. From research result that counted by during one period equivalent with 28 day or 28 times production process, obtained : 1. Total cost Agroindustry this “Irfani VCO” equal to Rp 4.368.000 2. total acceptance agroindustry this “Irfani VCO” equal to Rp 2.701.654 3. Efficiency Agroindustry VCO equal to 1,62 because R/C ratio bigger than 1, hence this agroindutry profit and competent to be run. Form research result above, recearcher suggest: 1. Preferably entrepreneur “Irfani VCO” do not make only one size measure. 2. Perfoming promotion activity to increase request frorm customer. 3. Than for recearcher, preferably chek how much price sell VCO after through agent.
