Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa (YCAB) is a Public Independent Organization which owed important role in drugs prevention. The effort would be succeed if there is good communication climate on the organization. Communication used by YCAB nowadays was through weekly meeting, monthly meeting, mid year meeting, and annual meeting. Good communication facility would influence not only the result, but also quality of the organization, which would be effected employee’s work motivation. The research purpose was to test communication climate influence to employee work communication. That’s why the writer wanted to find out how large the influence of communication climate to work motivation of employee in Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa Jakarta. Theory used in this research was ERG alderfer theory which introduced 3 core group of needs those were Exsistence, Relatedness, and Growth needs. The three assumption could be used to measure work motivation. The research indicators grouped into two variables. They were X variable: communication climate, it is perception about how far organization member felt that organization could be trust, support, open, care, and actively ask for opinion, with trust indicator among organization, altogether decision, and organization member needs to have high performance. And Y variable: work motivation that was condition or energy moved the employee with certain direction to reach the purpose of the company, with indicators: member expectations fulfilled by organization, chance (career) in organization, completeness in organization, respect of organization member about their performance in organization. The research used quantitative approach with survey method and explanative research type. The object was employee of Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa Jakarta with 43 people population. Data collection technique used determinant test to find out the influence between both variables. The research with regression correlation test showed influence between communication climate with employee work motivation by finding F count 16,653 compared with F table value 4,00. the result showed that F count > F table, so that could be said that there was influence between communication climate as independent variable with work motivation as dependent variable. The influence was tested through determinant test formulation. From the calculation, there found that communication climate influence work motivation for 0,289 or 28,9% with error level 3,399 while rest of them 71,1% caused by another factor un-researched in this study.. while correlation coefficient 0,537, showed that influence between communication climate and work motivation included into average category.
