Death is an emptiness. There’s no single soul could avoid it. In general, human want to live long with various efforts they’ve done. Life process experienced by human was long and create awareness in human about death as the last phase in life. Although there was awareness about death, perception about it could be different in every human or a group of human, death could be something frightened. Facing death could cause anxiety influenced by anxiety about death. For transsexual group, their perception about death cause anxiety based on their gender identity withGod’s will as it should be. Anxiety about death could relate with the death itself, and could be related with the way and pain or torture came along death. The research was qualitative research done in March 30th – April 3rd 2010 in Malang City East Java. Researcher investivated three transsexuals by using interview method as data collection method, also did data validation with triangulation. The research concluded that death for the three subjects was something frightened. The three subjects felt fear since they had done sin to God, they opposed God’s will as man. Two of the subject unprepared to face death since their negative action made the subject felt fear and afraid recalling about death.
