Watchfulness kind based on problem that canvassed this, author classifies into watchfulness kind survey that take sample from a population and use kuesioner as a means of data collectors. watchfulness is done in PT. Telkomsel Grapari Jl. Bandung No. 14 Malang with watchfulness title that is: Training Influence Towards Departement Part Employee Work Performance Shop in PT. Telkomsel Grapari Malang” This watchfulness aim detects employee work training execution, to detect employee performance in PT. Telkomsel Grapari Malang and to detect to what influential training significant towards employee performance level PT. Telkomsel Grapari Malang. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. From scale distance average calculation result is got number as big as 93 that mean that permanent employee training in departement part shop PT. Telkomsel Grapari Malang enter in good category. based on the result prove that during the time training activity that done by company that cover matter delivery method, training matter, instructor quality and training frequency that done to can to support activity that do by employee at company. Employee performance variable scale distance average calculation result is got number as big as 99,6 that mean that permanent employee in departement part shop PT. Telkomsel Grapari Malang in tall category. the result can prove that during the time in work at company employees can to fulfil rule companies related hit quantity, quality, time precision, presence level and co-operative attitude in work at company. test result t knowable that has regression coefficient as big as 0,568 and has influence significant towards permanent employee performance in departement part shop PT. Telkomsel Grapari Malang, the mentioned is proved that thitung > t tabel (8,441> 2,0395). Several suggestions that given to company that is supposed company always pay attention time in training activity that done. supposed company always do evaluation towards instructor ability that give work training on the chance of instructor can to submit training matter truly and can to give guidance to training entrant according to maximal. furthermore in effort to increase result from training activity that done so supposed side manajeman company always pay attention training tool that used to support training activity, for example pays training media that used for example lcd, loudspeaker and others.
