This matter is such as those which happened in Crafting of Sanitair UD " DOA IBU" Malang, that party of company of difficulty motivate employees which the majority circle of all family by xself the resident Karang Besuki, so that in communications of intern less be transparent. To identification nonsatisfaction work employees hence the research done. This research is done by using approach qualitative with case study device. Technique of data collecting done by through: circumstantial interview And observation. After done by inspection validity, data analysed by (1) data discount, (2) presentation of data and ( 3), conclusion withdrawal. Pursuant to done research, hence result of identification nonsatisfaction work employees got is: (1) Still the lack of employees salary. Employees prosperity obtained is during the time assumed a long way off from expected by a employees compared to long shift job beside to close over fundamental requirement which costly progressively. this Prosperity problem is otherwise paid attention to by a company party, hence will have an in with to lower quality nya work employees. (2) adequate job Medium. nonsatisfaction work employees, resulted from by a job medium which less kondusif, like job equipments which less be complete and less support to equip work. If job medium less be paid attention to by a company party will affect bothering activity work employees which in the end can cause of result job which less be maximal and do not fulfill goals work employees. (3) job Environment which less condusif, so that can bother activity work employees. Because environment supporting will have an in with good job quality storey; level.
