Attitude about extra-curricular activity is a student’s respond to a stimulus, which was their extra-curricular. Their extra-curricular activity aimed to develop their personality into a health in physic and psychic student, belief to Almighty God, has responsibility and care to social environment, culture and the nature, Implementing attitude as good and responsible citizens through many positive activities under the school responsibility. There hoped by the extra-curricular activity, student’s personality could be developed better, discipline, responsible, has ability to analyze and solve the problem,interacting with the environment and result to the change of positive behavior. The research aimed to find out the student’s attitude to their extra-curricular. The research used descriptive method by quantitative approach. The population were 417 junior high school 18 malang students who following extra-curricular activity.While the samples consisted of 42 students. The sampling method used to took data was by used close questionaire with 18 items. The research was done in February 2008 to May 2008. From the research there could be found that the students have positive attitude to extra-curricular activity, it could be found from answers in questionaire. In supporting aspects, the attitude form of students to extra-curricular showed the highest positive attitude in hobby and interest in cognitive component for 95 % and the highest negative attitude was the students attitude in hobbies and interests at conative component 52 %.
