Abstract
This study is a survey with the title "Analysis Of Customer Satisfaction Loyalty Effect of Modern Stores (Study At Tlogomas Afamart)" The purpose of this study is to determine expectations and performance in Alfamart tlogomas and influence of customer satisfaction to loyalty. While this hypothesis is assumed to significantly influence customer satisfaction loyalty Alfamart Tlogomas modern stores. analysis used in this study is to analyze the range of scale, customer satisfaction index and the logistic regression analysis with SPSS program that can be known independent variables affect the dependent variable. Hypothesis test used is the validity and reliability are used to test the effect of significance. Based on results from customer satisfaction has a significant conclusion to the loyalty of the modern shop Alfamart. Firm conclusions from the study are expected to always perform a routine evaluation of consumer response to services that have been given so that companies can improve their performance by maintaining more satisfying to consumers and consumers who shop in Alfamart.
