Self esteem in daily life oftenli linked with appreciation at self or others that is scored by people behaviour. The position or social status will influence self esteem and person prestige. Now days there are many groups or exclusive community in society. So, it is not surprised several firms or service devide the costumers become several parts as passes by Garuda Indonesia that is GFF programe. Because of that, the purpose at the research to know how the description at self esteem on GFF members. The self esteem is scoring process that is done by the people to their selves. That scoring usually reflect the acceptance and refuse at their selves, showing how far individu believe that they are able, important, success, and valuable. While the GFF is a programe from Garuda Indonesia as a kind of appreciation to loyal costumer at Garuda, it show by a member card. This research is descriptive kuantitative research. The population in this research is aall off the GFF members in Medan. Sampling technique that is used is incidental sampling, where the total at the sample are 102 person. That consists ata 66 male and 36 female. The data collection of self esteem is done by using scale, the scale that is used is self esteem scale, that using Liket scale. The technique at the data analygize is that used is descriptive statistic analyze by using percentage and for some criterias courted by using chi­square technique. The result of the research shows that GFF members that has high prestige is 51% and low prestige is 49%. Based on chi­square test found the result: that sex, occupation, kind of member, and age does’nt determine high or low the prestige that is owned by GFF member, because the probability sore is >0,05. While in long at the membership found probability score 0,012 it means the kind at membership gives contribution at self esteem because the probability score is < 0,05.
