Abstract

The type of Research conducted to be classified into research survey, where research take sampel from some populasi and use kuesioner for collect of good data. Research conducted by observation in collecting in " KUD DAU" what is located in Jl. Sidomakmur 26 Countryside Mulyoagung, Subdistrict Dau Regency of Malang with title " The Influence of Compensation To Work Satisfaction Employees in KUD DAU Malang". This Research target is to know compensation finansial gift influence and non finansial in KUD DAU to work satisfaction work t employees. As for usefulness from research which wish reached specially for organization that is as input in problem which deal with satisfaction work employees and upon which the consideration to evaluate more precise policy in compensation gift. Analyzer used in this research is doubled linear analysis regresion that is to know how the compensation influence strength (X) to satisfaction work ( Y). Pursuant to result of research and solution which have been conducted by using analysis of doubled linear regresion, knowable that there are influence which signification between compensation of finansial and non finansial with satisfaction work employees. From result of the research can pulled conclusion that gift of compensation of finansial and non finansial given by KUD DAU in good category. Provable the result with height of satisfaction work employee in KUD DAU. And gift of compensation of finansial have an effect on stronger to satisfaction work employees in KUD DAU. Suggestion raised in this research is expected for organization in giving salary to employees always consider year of service and also position as according to work responsibility which must be finished. Others expected for organizational party always give salary on schedule according to order which have been specified. So that the satisfaction work employees remain to be awaked and tend to increase.
