Abstract

This research represents survey research under title “ Influence of Cultural organization dimension To Employee's performance job in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Perdana Surya Uta ma (BMT PSU ) Malang”. Target of this research is to know cultural organization dimension, to know employee's performance job level, to know Influence of Cultural organization dimension to employee's performance job and to know among cultural organization dimension which consist of oriented process, oriented employee, professional, open system, tight control and pragmatic which one is strongest making influence to employee's performance job in Baitul Mal Wat tamwil Perdana Surya Utama (BMT PSU) Malang. Population in this research is employees of BMT PSU Malang which amount to 55 people and taking 44 persons for sample. The analysis used is interval scale and doubled linear regression. Hypothesis test used is F test, T test and comparison of regression coefficient. The result of analysis shows that total of average score for the oriented process ( X1) equal to 137.33 included in high category. Total of average score for oriented employees ( X2) equal to 158.33 included in category very high. Total of average score for the professional ( X3) equal to 151 included in category very high. Total of average score for open system ( X4) equal to 96 included in low category. Total of average score for the tight control ( X5) equal to 156,67 included in category very high. Total of average score for the pragmatic ( X6) equal to 69 included in very low category. Total of average score for employee's performance job ( Y) equal to 159.33 included in category very high. Cultural organization dimension has influences which are significant to employee's performance job of BMT PSU. This is proved by results of calculation of doubled regression linear through regression coefficient of each cultural organization dimension's variable that is oriented process ( X1) 0,029, oriented employee ( X2)0,214, professional ( X3) 0,305, open system(X4) 0,002, tight control(X5) 0,320, pragmatic(X6) 0.005 and R² equal to 8,854 and also supported by the result of F test yields F count ( 36.164) bigger than F table ( 2,356) and t test yielding t count of oriented employee variable ( 3.209), variable of professional ( 4.264), variable of tight control ( 3.498) bigger than t table ( 2.026) On the other hand calculation of other variable of t count is smaller than t table which is variable of oriented process ( 0.791), variable of open system ( 0.047) and variable of pragmatic ( 0,065). Through calculation of beta, known about value for the variable of Professional ( X3) equal to 0,387 bigger than beta value for other variables. So that it can be known that variable of professional ( X3) more having an effect on to employee's performance job
