Abstract
This research is the case study in the sector industry of Bondowoso tape. With title “the obstacles have influence of development the medium effort (case study in sector industry of Bondowoso tape).” The purpose this research is to get image and comprehension about obstacles have influence of development the medium effort case in sector industry of Bondowoso tape, and found solution to handle of obstacles. In this research, writer use descriptive approach. To answer the firs statement of problem, writer is using analysis technique of statistic description is the statistic to used for data description have been collecting about obstacle to influence of development the medium effort bondowoso tape. Whereas to answer the second statement of problem, writer using distribution of frequency to analysis and evaluation potential obstacles that influential in medium effort. The conclusion of analysis result is that the analysis distribution of frequency in machine of obstacle, rivalry, partner, promotion, human resource and market influence of medium effort. whereas the special substance, capital and product not influence the development medium effort. By virtue of the result of test in machine obstacle have great percentage 100%, rivalry 80%, partner 75%, promotion 67%, human resource 67% and market 53%. By virtue of on top conclusion, the business man of bondowoso tape should be more active to get cooperation with sides concerned from instance of government although general, so can development their effort, and government of territory to help the business man of tape to increase the effort and quality workers.
