The research kind was survey, where the writer did documentation and questionnaire in data collection which was done at PT. Pamolite Adhesive Industry located at Jl. Brantas No.1 Probolinggo East java with Research Title: Influence of Transformational Leadership to Employee Work Satisfaction at PT. Pamolite Adhesive Industry Probolinggo. The research purpose is to find out how the application of transformational leadership style and employee work satisfaction at PT Pamolite Adhesive Industry Probolinggo and also to find out whether transformational leadership has significant influence to employee work satisfaction at PT Pamolite Adhesive Industry Probolinggo. The research benefit, especially for the company was hoped to give input to the company to find out the influence of transformational leadership application to employee work satisfaction. Analytical tools used in this research were scale and simple linear regression. The research found that transformational leadership style at PT Pamolite Adhesive Industry Probolinggo included into transformational category. The conclusion was proven from the average calculation about scale found 168 which could be included into transformational categorization. The result also proved that along these time, the leader had charism, inspiration, intellectual stimulation and individual attention to the employee so that it support the activity which was done by employee in the company. The employee work satisfaction at PT Pamolite Adhesive Industry Probolinggo could be included into satisfied category. According to above conclusion, the writer implied that it would be better for every leader to control all activities done by employee. The leader was hoped to have inspiration to give effective method to the employee so that all work could be done by the employee. There also hoped that the leader could be fair to all employee so that the task could be proper distributed, which lead to condition where the employee would be able to have ability to solve all tasks which they responsibled for.
