Competition among airlines in Indonesia from year to year becomes more competitive. This will certainly affect the strategies to be implemented by an airline in order to win the competition. One involved exposed revamping strategy is improving the quality of human resources, in this case is the flight attendant. The population in this study is the flight attendant in the PT. Garuda Indonesia, the flight attendant with a population of 509 junior and senior flight attendant for 904 people, while samples at a junior stewardess 59 people and 92 people for the flight attendants seinior using uniform sampling technique fration (proportional). Data collection instruments used were job satisfaction scale with Likert model. Test the validity of using the Product Momment, with validity indices ranged from 0.1683 to 0.5140. Data analysis technique used in this study is to test different methods of t-test, by showing t = 2.827. From the research that has been implemented, it can be seen that the hypothesis is proposed as the basis of this research can be rejected, ie there are differences in job satisfaction among flight attendants and flight attendants junior senior, junior stewardess where job satisfaction is higher when compared with the senior flight attendant. However, the difference from the mean of each is not too far away, where flight attendants have juniors (mean = 112.54) with higher job satisfaction than senior flight attendants who have (mean = 107.76).
